Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 October 2026

About these terms

Whenity is operated by Sakash Agrawal, an individual based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. These terms apply when you create a Whenity account, whether with an email address and password or with Google. By creating an account, you agree to them.

If you are booking a meeting on someone else's Whenity page, you do not need an account and these terms do not apply to you — though the section on acceptable use still does.

Your account

Your booking page and your invitees

Your booking page is public. Anyone with the link can see the event types you have made active, and can book a time.

When someone books with you, their details are collected for you. You decide how that information is used, and you are responsible for handling it lawfully — including telling your invitees what you do with it, and honouring their requests about it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it on your behalf, and the limited ways we use it ourselves, such as preventing abuse.

Acceptable use

Do not use Whenity to:

Usernames that impersonate someone, or that are clearly being held to resell, may be reclaimed.

Connected services

Whenity can connect to calendar, video and CRM services such as Google, Microsoft, Zoom, Zoho and HubSpot. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms, and we do not control them. If one of them changes, breaks, or withdraws access, parts of Whenity may stop working.

You can disconnect any of them from your account at any time. Disconnecting deletes our copy of that service's access credentials; to remove Whenity's access completely, also remove it in your account settings with that service.

Availability

Whenity is offered as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not currently offer a service level agreement.

We may change, suspend, or withdraw features. Where a change would significantly affect how you use Whenity, we will give account holders reasonable notice.

Whenity is not a calendar of record. Keep your own record of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Price

Whenity is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell account holders before any charge applies, and you will be able to decline and stop using the service.

How cancellations and refunds will work once paid plans exist is set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Ending your account

You can stop using Whenity at any time and ask us to close your account by writing to admin@whenity.com. There is no self-service option yet.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where we are required to by law. Where circumstances allow, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right first.

When an account closes, its booking page stops working and its links stop resolving. Some records are kept after closure — the Privacy Policy lists exactly what, and for how long.

Liability

Whenity is provided without warranties of any kind, so far as the law allows. We are not responsible for meetings that are missed, mis-timed, or double-booked, for bookings lost because a connected service failed, or for any business, revenue or data lost through use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

If you are a consumer, you keep any rights the law of your country gives you, and nothing here takes those away.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and where an update materially affects your rights we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telanganawill have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of your own country's law.
