Cancellation and Refund Policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026
Whenity is currently free to use, and nobody is charged today — so there is nothing to cancel or refund yet. The rules below will apply once paid plans are introduced. We will tell account holders before any charge applies.
Cancelling a paid plan
- You can cancel a paid plan at any time.
- When you cancel, you keep access to the paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for. You are not charged again.
Refunds
- If you ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment, we will refund it in full. This applies to monthly and annual plans alike.
- After those 7 days, we do not give partial refunds for the rest of a period you have paid for.
- A duplicate or mistaken charge is always refunded in full, whenever you tell us about it.
How to ask for a refund
Write to admin@whenity.com from the email address on your Whenity account, and tell us the date of the payment.
When you will receive it
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days, back to the payment method you originally used. Your bank or card issuer may take longer to show it on your statement.
