Whenity uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for the service to work. We use no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and no third-party scripts that set them — so there is nothing to switch off, and we do not show a cookie banner.
Cookies we set
Sign-inKeep you signed in to your Whenity account. Set when you sign in; removed when you sign out or the session ends. Invitees booking a meeting do not need them.
Security checksShort-lived cookies that protect you while you sign in with Google or connect a calendar, video or CRM account. They last a few minutes and are removed when the connection finishes.
Support accessUsed only when Whenity staff view an account for support, to keep their own session separate. Never set for hosts or invitees.
Preferences stored in your browser
Two display settings are kept in your browser's local storage. They are not cookies, and they are never sent to us:
ThemeWhether you chose the light or dark appearance.
SidebarWhether the dashboard sidebar is collapsed.
You can clear both at any time in your browser's settings.
